Compensation:

● WRT certification paid for after 6 months.

● ASD certification paid for after 1 year.

Key Responsibilities:

● Perform water damage mitigation and restoration services.

● Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.

● Conduct basic maintenance of equipment and vehicles.

● Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met.

● Complete technician’s daily log and necessary documentation.

● Maintain the appearance and inventory of company vehicles and supplies.

Decision Rights and Authority:

● Determine the sequence of steps to be taken when delivering the company’s services at the customer’s property

Working Relationships and Scope:

● Maintain timely and effective communication and flow of information with Lead Technicians, Supervisors or Managers

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or GED.

● 1+ year of experience in water damage restoration (preferred).

● Certification in Water Mitigation or Mold Remediation (or willingness to get certified).

● Basic proficiency with computers, email, and mobile devices for reporting and documentation.

● Basic English reading and writing skills required

● Good mathematical skills to determine appropriate equipment and techniques.

● Planning & Organizing: Ability to prioritize tasks and pay attention to detail.

● Technical Skills: Adequately trained and certified to perform water mitigation services.

● Written Communication – Writes clear and accurate job notes and emails. The individual is able to read and interpret written information. Uses appropriate vocabulary and grammar.

● Planning & Organizing – Plans and organizes work activities considering the nature of the job at hand. Focuses on key priorities. Pays attention to details.

Schedule:

Job Type: Full-time/In-person

ay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
