Reconstruction Project Estimator – Full-Time

Location: In-Office

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with some flexibility)

Compensation: $55,000 base salary + commission Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO)

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our growing team. This role involves estimating residential and commercial reconstruction and mitigation projects, with a focus on water, fire, and restoration work. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the restoration industry and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Accurately estimate reconstruction and mitigation projects, including water, fire, and mold restoration

● Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate for both residential and commercial jobs

● Work closely with project managers, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scopes and budgets

● Communicate clearly with clients to set expectations and maintain satisfaction

● Attend company meetings and ongoing training to stay aligned with industry best practices

Qualifications / Preferred Experience:

● Minimum 5 years of experience using Xactimate (required)

● Experience as an estimator for a restoration or construction company (required)

● Background in the water restoration industry

● Experience with Matterport camera on mitigation or reconstruction jobs

● Prior desk adjuster experience is a major plus

● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

● Excellent communication and time management abilities
