So grateful to Regent! Our roof was being replaced and due to an unforeseen storm, our home was flooded from the rain soaking through the uncovered roof. Regent responded within the hour and immediately brought in a slew of equipment to dry out the wet ceilings and walls. This process was completed within a few days and the equipment was picked up within a week. The technicians were not only helpful and sympathetic but also very careful with the household contents. We came home one day to find that our water heater had burst everywhere in our garage, so we called Regent. We were especially worried because we had just installed new wood flooring in an adjacent room, and we didn’t want it to get damaged. The staff arrived quickly and they immediately began working to remove the water. Juan was very friendly and always answered any questions we had. I called them to help me with my issue regarding excessive moisture in our crawl space. The service tech came out the next morning and arrived on time. They used high-tech equipment to test the moisture readings in the crawl space and as they finished they educated us on how to avoid this in the future. They set-up their drying equipment & everything dried nicely. They did an excellent work drying up everything within the time-frame they promised. They were very courteous, thorough and professional. We had a plumbing leak in our house, and our hardwood floors and surrounding walls were very wet along with the ceiling from where the leak was occurring. I called regents and they showed up in half an hour and controlled the damage as soon as possible. Due to my busy time schedule I left them the keys to the house to come and go to monitor the situation as they saw fit and they were respectful to our home while doing a great job.
