Initial response to water heater break on a Saturday morning was great. Cliff was here within an hour and immediately assessed the damage and started the process of drying everything out. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and communicates very well. I will update this once I get the insurance estimate and we start the reconstruction phase.
Jossy P. woke up in the morning and swung her feet over the side of the bed—only to have them squish into her carpet, water pooling around her toes.
Her hall bathroom toilet had overflowed during the night, flooding her bathroom, hallway, master bedroom and master bathroom in its wake.
After Jossy called Regent Restoration, it only took our technicians 45 minutes to arrive to her home in Fort Worth.
We quickly stopped the leak to prevent further water damage, then we replaced Jossy’s floor and walls. Our technicians removed the mildew from the leak and eliminated the odor it left behind. Jossy’s house is now a home again.
